Easter Egg Hunts

Clifton, Meridian, and Whitney
Prior to or on Easter Sunday

Towns all around the Getaway Capital of Texas host Easter egg hunts for the kids.

The event in Clifton begins with over 4,000 eggs to be found.  After the hunt, hot dogs are served for everyone.  The Easter Bunny is there for photos with the kids, and a fire truck and police car are there for them to explore.

Easter Bunny

Meridian hosts the “Countywide Easter Egg Hunt” each year, and the Easter bunny makes an appearance there too. Depending on the year, the event may also include Spring Fling, an Easter Hat Parade, or an Easter style show.

Easter Egg Hunts

Various Whitney businesses sponsor egg hunts every year.  These may include a pancake breakfast or a hotdog lunch with the Easter Bunny, with lots of fun and prizes.

Dates and times subject to change. It is recommended that you confirm these with the event organizer.
